Masquerade Figures

So this is a piece that I've been working on for quite a while. Approximately ten hours of work. It starts as a wire armature, then that is covered with newspaper and masking tape, then with plaster gauze, then with loose plaster. Then I painted it and then covered it with Mod Podge. Then came the masks, which alone took me three to four hours. The masks are fabric glued to stiff paper, then cut into the shape of the mask, plus beads, silver wire, feathers, bits of metal, and paint (for the eyes). A loooong process.
